WWE SummerSlam 2019 was one of the better PPVs from the series, with several strong matches and The Fiend's debut, but not one of the best.
I would give SummerSlam 2018 a thumbs-up and am looking forward to seeing where certain storylines will take us in the coming months in WWE.
WWE SummerSlam 2017 was a mix of the excellent and the awful, the long and the short, the memorable and the forgettable. So, a mixed bag.
On the whole, WWE SummerSlam 2016 was worth watching, and the John Cena vs. AJ Styles classic is the match that you should track down to see.
Overall, I give SummerSlam 2015 a thumbs-up. It's not the best SummerSlam ever, but it's one that will be remembered for some time to come.
SummerSlam 2014 was very good on the whole, and it's a show that will not soon be forgotten in a year of some pretty memorable WWE moments.
SummerSlam 2013 was probably the best WWE show of the year, and it could be a good long while before we get another supershow that matches it.
WWE SummerSlam 2012 is an intriguing card to try and provide an analysis of because it manages to excite and disappoint in equal measure.
WWE SummerSlam 2011 is better than I remembered. It's one of those shows that seems weak on the surface, but it has lots of action to enjoy.
WWE SummerSlam 2010 is an unusually weak major show for the company, with a couple of big matches being surrounded by pure filler.
