The show as a whole could have been better, and the extras have been featured on several DVDs in the past. So, Raw 25 will undoubtedly bring a smile to your face, but it's not a must-own by any means.

Coming from two different venues, Raw 25th Anniversary brings together the very best of modern-day and old school WWE!

The wait to see The Ultimate Triple H Collection goes on, but fans of The King Of Kings should get a real kick out of this set while they wait. HHH's army of critics need not purchase this one.

You do have to be interested in either mid-1990s WWF wrestling or you have to be interested in how wrestling works, because otherwise this DVD won't be for you.

If you are an avid WWE DVD collector, you'll buy it anyway, and for those on the fence, if it's cheap, it provides a decent amount of entertainment that you should be satisfied. But I feel overall that this release was a bit of a disappointment, and is only slightly above average.

I would suggest giving this DVD a viewing. It won't make any Best Of lists of its own, and you'll probably have seen most of the profiled moments in full elsewhere but, mainly because of the addition of Raw 1000, it's fairly enjoyable. If you can, buy the Blu-ray instead of the DVD as it is a more complete package.
