Overall, this is a strong DVD showing, as is often the case for The Best Of Raw & SmackDown.

There are plenty of moments and matches here that will cater to every fan, from the casual viewer tuning into see Ronda Rousey’s debut to the longtime follower watching for Undertaker vs. Cena to the die-hard supporter that will eat up Gargano vs. Ciampa.

WWE heads to New Orleans for its biggest show of the year, WrestleMania 34!

The show as a whole could have been better, and the extras have been featured on several DVDs in the past. So, Raw 25 will undoubtedly bring a smile to your face, but it's not a must-own by any means.

Coming from two different venues, Raw 25th Anniversary brings together the very best of modern-day and old school WWE!

If you want to relive one of the more underrated, crazy, eventful, unpredictable and exciting years in recent WWE history, this DVD is a great way to do so. It's far from a complete round-up, but it's still a lot of fun.

The Best Of Raw & SmackDown 2017 charts some incredible storylines, including the reuniting of The Shield!

The latest WWE release focuses on this phenomenon, with a documentary being accompanied by a selection of matches and moments from down the years, all of which, of course, come from post-WrestleMania editions of Raw.

The Raw after WrestleMania has become one of the most anticipated nights in sports-entertainment. New Superstars emerge, familiar faces return, and the WWE Universe feels the fallout from The Showcase Of The Immortals.

2016 was an important year in WWE history, and whilst that doesn't necessarily mean that it was the best year to date in WWE, all of the best matches and moments from Raw and SmackDown can be found in this collection.

Experience the New Era of WWE and recall every shocking development, every major match, and every key moment that made 2016 an incredible year for WWE.

Assuming you can take the show and just enjoy it for what it is, then this is a WWE DVD that you will probably want to own.

After 12 years in exile from sports-entertainment, Goldberg brings devastation back to the WWE ring for the long-awaited rematch against “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar. On the 30th anniversary of Survivor Series, fantasy warfare just got real!

Has any wrestling game had a tougher act to follow than SmackDown! vs. Raw? SmackDown! Here Comes The Pain was such an outstanding game from top to bottom that nothing less than absolute perfection would have been considered an acceptable sequel.

I thought that this was a fun DVD to watch, but I'd recommend you watch it in parts, between the weekly television shows or even between watching other DVDs, and you will probably appreciate it more. Had it been reduced by a disc and if some of the filler had been taken out, the rating below would have been higher.

The bloated nature of Raw, the insignificance of SmackDown and the general apathy towards storylines and featured performers can blind one to the fact that there was a lot of really good content on both shows during 2015. This compilation acts as strong evidence.

This is worth owning for the Ziggler/Cesaro/Kidd match alone. That is the best match held on any of the UK tapings in recent years, probably since the John Cena-Shawn Michaels clinic from 2007. The rest of the content is less vital, but as an overall package, it's still a pretty decent set to have.

This is a very entertaining two-disc set with a number of highlights. The matches are good at best, but there's a couple of bouts that are worth watching. So don't expect a lot of great bouts, but you can expect to be thoroughly entertained.

There's enough quality material to keep you entertained, even if these shows are inferior on the whole to those held in London a few months beforehand.

Despite the snowball-effect of the content on offer, Raw and SmackDown are well worth watching, the retro match is enjoyable, and SMS is compelling for different reasons. So, if you're planning to revisit UK television tapings from WWE, this is one of the better options.
