With the exception of WrestleMania 35, Survivor Series 2019 is the best PPV event of the year for WWE, making this an easy recommendation.

Survivor Series 2018 is an underrated show, one of the better overall PPVs that WWE put out last year.

Survivor Series 2011 is a memorable card and one that justifies a second home viewing.

The sudden change to a Brock Lesnar vs. AJ Styles dream match, alongside some big-name additions to the men's elimination match, and the excitement generated by the ongoing brand warfare storyline, meant that Survivor Series looked set to be one of the year's most memorable cards.

Survivor Series is the second longest-running Pay-Per-View event in WWE history, behind only WrestleMania. It was there when Hulkamania was running wild, when Attitude was all the rage, and when John Cena and Batista were establishing themselves as the leaders of the Ruthless Aggression era.

On Thanksgiving Day thirty years ago, WWE's second pay-per-view event was born with a new twist. In the early days, teams of five strived to survive. Over the course of the next three decades, Survivor Series evolved into one of the greatest spectacles on the WWE calendar, where championship matches, iconic face-offs and unforgettable moments take place.

Assuming you can take the show and just enjoy it for what it is, then this is a WWE DVD that you will probably want to own.

After 12 years in exile from sports-entertainment, Goldberg brings devastation back to the WWE ring for the long-awaited rematch against “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar. On the 30th anniversary of Survivor Series, fantasy warfare just got real!

There's some good action for sure, but on the whole, Survivor Series 2012 is one that only die-hard fans and collectors will be interested in reliving. An entertaining show, but by no means WWE's best of the year.

Whilst it remains one of the so-called Big Four PPVs, line-ups over the last couple of years have threatened to make it a B-show. A perfect example comes from watching the DVD of Survivor Series 2013, with inconsequential bouts and lethargic performances resulting in a mostly forgettable show.

I'd recommend that you watch the opening bout and then skip ahead to the headline attraction. If the main event hadn't been so epic, the rating below would have been a lot lower.

Only die-hard collectors or fans of The Undertaker (since this was his 25th anniversary) are likely to enjoy this DVD; otherwise, barring a clearance sale, you may want to steer clear of this one.
